Huawei’s growing portfolio of partners continues to expand with the Voyah FREE and GAC S9 both adopting the technology.

The first model revealed is the updated Voyah FREE, which Voyah has already teased is set to come with the option of Huawei’s ADS ADAS system, as with the Dreamer. The addition of a lidar unit on top of the windscreen backs up that that model will come with advanced driver assistance.
Elsewhere the car features a softer lower grille than the aggressive design that came with the first facelift, as well as a light-up grille between the headlights that can display animations, as previewed in shots shown on Voyah’s social media.
This particular version measures in at 4,915 mm long, 1,960mm wide, and 1,660mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,960mm. It also seems to go down the range extender route, retaining the 1.5-litre onboard generator which charges the battery, which in turns powers the electric motors.
It’s not clear which motors the FREE will use as these details aren’t listed on the supporting documents, though we can see that 20- and 21-inch alloys will be available.

Next up is the BYD Seal 06 estate which we teased in our BYD 06 GT video, though it appears the look will be borrowed from the DM-i version of the Seal 06 saloon rather than the sportier 06 GT.
As such, the 06 estate looks more like a traditional estate as opposed to the “shooting brake” designs of the NIO ET5T and Zeekr 007GT, and so far we only have details of a DM-i variant, so we may miss out on a full EV for the time being.
What we can see are dimensions of 4,850 length, 1,890mm width, 1,505mm height, and a wheelbase of 2,790mm, making it a useful 25cm longer than the 06 GT. It’ll also come with 16-, 17-, and 18-inch alloy wheel variants.
It will features a 1.5-litre petrol engine boasting 74kW of power, and a 160kW motor most likely on the rear axle. These should be capable of working together as with all of BYD’s Dual Mode hybrid systems, though we can’t see exactly how much power the engine will donate.

Li Auto’s i8 is likely the only one of the cars shown here that won’t debut at the upcoming auto show, at least according to Li Auto, but we can for the first time see how much power the brand’s second fully electric model will come with.
In a slight adjustment from the MEGA, the i8 will get a 150kW motor on the front axle and a 250kW motor on the rear, providing the same overall output as the MEGA just spread out a little differently.
In addition, we can see that the i8 measures in at 5,085mm in length, 1,960mm in width, 1,740mm in height, and with a 3,050mm wheelbase, making it 26.5cm shorter than the MEGA and about 11cm shorter height wise.
It’ll be a six-seater, in three rows of two, and will come with 20- and 21-inch alloys.

Onvo’s second model has been revealed in the form of the L90, a large SUV with dimensions of 5,145mm length, 1,998mm width, 1,766 or 1,788mm height, the options presumably for a car fitted with or without air suspension, and a sizeable wheelbase of 3,110mm.
It will also come with single and dual-motor variants, offering either 340kW on the rear axle, or 440kW in total with the addition of a 100kW motor on the front axle.
Wheels will come in either 20- or 21-inch variants, and the L60, like the i8, will be a six-seater.
Styling wise, the L90 applies the split headlights and upturned taillights of the L60 onto a fairly standard large SUV silhouette, and what we do know from spy shots is that it’ll feature a large frunk beneath that rollover bonnet.

Mazda’s recently teased EZ-60 crossover has also been revealed fully in the MIT filings, with a few more details uncovered that we didn’t know before.
We previously speculated as to whether Mazda would adopt the extended range hybrid drivetrain of the Deepal S7 upon which it’s based, and the filings confirm that it will, with a 1.5-litre engine serving as an onboard generator, and a 190kW motor on the rear axle providing the drive.
It measures 4,850mm in length, 1,935mm wide, 1,620mm tall, and has a wheelbase of 2,902mm, making it 10cm longer than the S7.
Alloys will come in 19- and 21-inch variants, and the car is marked as a five-seater.

BYD, as always seems to be the case, had more than one car in the filings, with the Sealion 6 getting a surprise update that brings it more into line with BYD’s modern design language, albeit with a new face featuring split headlights similar to those on the Onvo L60 and the Polestar 4.
It’ll be available in both hybrid and EV forms too, with the hybrid getting a 1.5-litre engine and a 160kW rear motor, and the electric variant getting a 170kW rear motor.
Stylistically, both variants seem identical to each other, but the Sealion will grow slightly over the previous version, 3.5cm in length to 4,810mm, 3cm in width to 1,920mm, half a centimetre in height to 1,675mm, and with a much larger wheelbase, up 6.5cm to 2,765mm.
Wheels will only be available in 19-inch variants.

Leapmotor look set to follow up the recent launch of the B10 small SUV with the addition of a small saloon named the B01.
So far only revealed with a full electric variant sporting a 160kW motor on the rear axle, the B01 should sit on the latest LEAP 3.5 platform that debuted on the B10.
Measuring 4,770mm long, 1,880mm wide, 1,490mm tall, and with a wheelbase of 2,735mm, it’s not expected to be sold in Europe as saloons are a dying breed, but it could do well in China’s ride-hailing market.
Wheels are just the 18 inches in diameter, while there are options for a lidar unit for Leapmotor’s updated urban ADAS system.

The often forgotten Arcfox look set to enter the midsize hatchback market with a stylish package labelled as T1.
With a choice of either 70kW or 95kW motors, presumably on the rear axle but not clear in the filings, the T1 looks set to be a lacking in power compared to something like the NIO firefly, despite being quite a bit larger.
In fact, measuring 4,337mm in length, 1,860mm in width, 1,572mm in height, and with a wheelbase of 2,770mm, it’s a reasonable bit longer than a VW Golf, suggesting maybe it’s Arcfox’s turn to move into the European car market.
Wheels of 17- or 18-inches give the T1 a decent stance, while chiselled lines and nifty light graphics front and rear give the T1 quite a techy appearance.

Finally, the GAC S9 was previewed at the Guangzhou Auto Show last year, and looks set for an imminent release with the interior likely shown for the first time at the Shanghai Auto Show.
In the MIIT’s shots, we get a two-tone body with a muscular and edgy appearance, a lidar above the windscreen, and flat-faced alloys for an imposing look.
It’s listed as being a plug-in hybrid but no drivetrain details are included other than the presence of a 1.5-litre engine.
Most interestingly, however, is the presence of Huawei ADS logos, which tells us the S9 will come with at least the option of Huawei’s class-leading system. At 5,060mm long, 1,950mm wide, 1,760mm tall, and with a wheelbase of 2,930mm, the S9 looks set to be a big beast, with either 20- or 21-inch wheels.
